Evacuation Intercom Systems For Elevators
BigVoice™ Intercom is a Multi-Station Intercom system for general elevator use and market leading system for evacuation applications designed to meet the requirements of BS5588 Part 12.
It provides clear voice communication between any two of thirty-two stations and background line monitoring ensures that when idle it is still ready for use.
BigVoice™ is available in a range of architectural finishes to suit any site, in either flush or surface mount housings.
• Wiring is Free Topology. Based on Echelon™ LonWorks™ the layout is flexible, with only 4 wires required for each unit.
• Clear Display, Easy To Use. Essential in an emergency. BigVoice™'s LCD screen shows user Caller ID and location on each station.
• Speech generated via sensitive microphone and digitised. A faint voice at 2 metres can be clearly heard. It can be installed in the ceiling and still hear the voice of someone collapsed on the floor.
• “Hands Free” Communication For Stations Called. Operation controlled by “Press To Call” on Master.
• Simultaneous Calls Are Displayed In A Queue And Prioritised By The Master.
• Protected Function Menu With User “Security Pass Code”.
• Different Tones Indicate The Types Of Call.
• Background Self-Check While System Idle Ensures It Is "Good To Go" When Not In Use. Any faults result in an alarm.
• Battery Back Up For Mains Power. Located anywhere on the system. Alert tones warn of low voltage and mains failure conditions.
• More Stations Can Be Added For Future Expansion.
